Living abroad is an adventure. New city, new job, new people – and endless opportunities to explore. But let’s be honest: it can also be lonely. The friendships you left behind are far away, and while you might meet plenty of people here, real connection isn’t always easy to find.

That’s why we’re starting something new: a men’s group for expats in Copenhagen. A place where small talk isn’t enough, where you can be honest about the ups and downs of life, and where we build something that feels real: trust, support, and brotherhood.

Why a men’s group?

Because men aren’t always great at seeking out deeper connections. Too many of us carry loneliness in silence, even while surrounded by people. We want to change that – together.

This group is about sharing stories, asking big questions, and challenging ourselves to grow. It’s not therapy, and it’s not about preaching. It’s about creating a circle where you can show up as you are, with all that you carry.

Who are we?

We’re Ruben, Simon, and Anders – three guys with different backgrounds, working with the National Church of Denmark but coming from very different walks of life. Between us, we’ve spent years building communities, supporting men’s groups, and walking alongside people who are searching for meaning. And truth be told – we started this because we needed it too.
